Support web+ap links

Joshua Goins requested to merge work/redstrate/web-ap-support into master

This requires a search to look up the local post (if any exists) on the account's own server. Currently just a proof-of-concept draft of how the general process works.

  • Move functionality out of AccountManager
  • Multiple accounts will try to open the web+ap link one by one
  • Disconnect the signal once the link is successfully opened
  • Test from a web browser (does it send it to the main Tokodon instance?)
