Layout Fixups

(Sorry about the mess, had not properly opened this from a non-protected branch on my fork originally)

This includes two styling fixes.

One changes the spellcheck language selector to use a page, as the inline combo box is styled really messily on desktop right now, due to very long spellcheck names.

Another removes a height parameter on the "local/home" sidebar that is not needed and might cause issues later
