Fixing some UI papercuts
Make the composer text area automatically focused
By default it's not focused, now it's forced. It should make it easier to use for mobile and keyboard-only users now!
Allow submitting posts by pressing CTRL+Enter and CTRL+Return
This makes it possible to submit posts by keyboard only, and is pretty standard for most composers of this type.
