Custom Card Layout for FollowDelegate Item

Banner height issue not resolved.

TODO for future MRs:

  • Add a config to never show the banner/bio (i.e Minimal view) Maybe default?
  • Fix height of bio. Show a more button to expand if required.
  • Show Followers/Following/Posts count on the card
  • Add Follow/Follow Back button on the card
  • Use UserCard for followers/following/follow requests etc.
