Add Search Filters for Hashtags, Posts and Accounts

Add a simple qml filter, otherwise a user has to scroll all the way down to view hashtags in desktop.

TODO:

  • Fix background overlap issue in desktop view.
  • Fix qrc:/content/ui/SearchView.qml:152:13: QML StatusDelegate: Binding loop detected for property "implicitHeight"
