Android fixes (part 2)

  • The Sonnet settings card is now not loaded on Android, and the unused Sonnet imports are removed. The settings page works on Android again 🎉
  • Add the rest of the missing icons on Android!
  • Don't automatically start instance urls with uppercase letters.
