More status bugfixes

It's the time for status related things to get a polish before release, including:

• Standardize and improve post statistics, now they're properly non-interactable and come with hoverhandlers.
• Don't show the option to vote in expired polls. I hit this a few times...
• Stop showing the play button while videos were playing - I think I finally fixed this bug!
