Use a ToolButton for post language, instead of a plain combobox

Joshua Goins requested to merge work/redstrate/better-language-button into master

This makes it not go off the edge on mobile, and fits in with the rest of the toolbar.

The usual popup shows up when clicking on it, and the positioning is definitely not perfect (e.g. on mobile).
