Implement more account actions

Carl Schwan requested to merge work/more-account-actions into master

This is based on the recent work from Jeremy Winter for the follow action and implement notifications, hide reblogs, unfollow, mute, unmute, block, unblock, feature, and unfeature in the UI.

Additionally, adding secret notes and more fined actions like mute duration is implemented in the backend but not yet in the UI.
