Add more dialogs!

Joshua Goins requested to merge work/redstrate/dialogs-galore into master

Now there are prompts before doing potentially destructive and irreversible actions, such as:

  • Deleting posts
  • Deleting and then redrafting posts
  • Backing out of the composer while you still have text in there
  • Logging out of an account

@carlschwan I'm not sure of the cost of having a dialog in every status, I should stick that in a Loader right?
