Small text fixes and other issues

Joshua Goins requested to merge work/redstrate/user-clarification into master
  • Added missing icons for some actions
  • Use "user" vocabulary over "account" in more places (my usual rule is that if we own it, it's an account - but if it's another person then it's a "user")
  • Simplify text, removing "this" and all that
  • Add missing tooltips or text for icon only buttons
