Reorganize settings to use the new categorized settings component

Renames some preferences to make them clearer, and moves the "account-specific" settings into the profile editor where they belong.

!356 (closed) should be merged first, and then I can deal with the rebase/merge fallout afterwards. There's also some whacky registration bug (related to ColorSchemer) that appears too, not sure why yet.
