Separate post info bar (the one that contains the post author)

Joshua Goins requested to merge work/redstrate/post-info-bar into master

It now lives in its own component, to reduce the LoC of the status delegate.

Not much changes visually, except that there's now an edit icon which shows the last edited date. Also note that we're depending on unbounded ComponentBehavior now, will be fixed in a future MR.
