Allow popping out the status composer on desktop

Joshua Goins requested to merge work/redstrate/popout-status-composer into master

This allows you to continue using Tokodon while writing a post, which is useful on desktop. You can do this by using the new "Pop Out" action in the composer, which is only visible on desktop devices.

TODO:

  • Spoiler text is not copied yet when popping out
  • The standalone dialog does not warn you when closing an unsaved draft, unlike the normal composer

Features that are planned but will not be in this MR:

  • An option to always pop out the composer when creating a new post/replying
