Use OverlaySheet for LanguageSelector

While OverlaySheet is not my favorite thing to use it improves the usability here

Currently there is no scrollbar and scrolling behaves inconsistenly to scrollable elements in other apps

It also makes the header appearance consistent with other KDE apps
