Android fixes galore

  • Fix the Settings page on first usage not opening on mobile (backportable)
  • Add even more missing icons for Android, this is only really relevant for 25.04. I'll check 24.12 at some point too.
  • Fix the safety settings page not working on mobile (backportable)
  • Don't create a content notice for every post, which should have a negligible but positive effect on performance (backportable)
  • Small runtime warning fix (backportable)
