fix: No Preview for Hashtag links

Harshil Jani requested to merge harshil/tokodon:no-hashtag-link-preview into master

The commit intends to remove the preview for the links which are actually Hashtags. While hovering on them, Only the URLs should be previewed but this should not be replicated along with the Hashtags.
