Redesign KoModeBox

Goal is to be as near as possible from @mdelafuente mockups in https://phabricator.kde.org/T12837

  • Only support KoModeBoxDocker to the left and right
  • KoModeBoxDocker is not floatable anymore, but position can be changed by right clicking on the tabbar
  • Tabbar is on the left
  • Tabbar design is rectangular
  • Content is in a normal QVBoxLayout which is a lot simpler
  • separator between the section is put underneath the section title
