Small UI fixes for words

Pierre Ducroquet requested to merge work/ducroquet/words-fixes into master
  • Fix support for the standard alternate cut/paste shortcuts, Shift + Del/Insert. Shift was blocked previously from shortcuts, and I see no reason for that behaviour.
  • Restore signals after zoom that were previously disabled. It made the ruler off when zooming out.
