Migrate to gettext translation

Hennadii Chernyshchyk requested to merge kde-translation into master

Necessary to work with KDE infrastructure.

I removed all existing translations because they need to be supplied in .po format. I converted them locally and verified the the translation logic is working. But I can't push translation files here, they need to go to a special svn repo.
