As recommended by KDE and other open source organizations, SPDX
identifiers have been added to most if not all source code files
to provide unified, machine-readable data on the files' (1) license
using identifer SPDX-License-Identifier and (2) copyright holders
using identifer SPDX-FileCopyrightText.
