Reflect menubar changes in KTextEditor
This commit fixes several issues in the menubar due to changes in the menubar of the part in KTextEditor.
- move go and selection to correct position in menubar
- move items from the goto submenu in edit to go
- move editor color theme to the top in the settings menu
