Adjust URL for help in appdata XML

Christoph Grüninger requested to merge work/fix-link-to-online-doc into master

Fixes probably bug #408287. On my system, pressing F1 opens a local copy of the help, so I cannot reproduce the reported issue and I cannot confirm its fix.
