Updating the readme

This uses websites/product-screenshots!47 (merged) for the 'printing' image.

As a side note, it might be great to change the project description from 'A convergent markdown note taking application.' to something like 'An adaptative note taking and management application using markdown' but I don't have the rights to do so.
