Flatpak support

Louis Schul requested to merge work/flatpak into master

Reeanble the flatpak CI and make sure that the app correctly works in flatpak.

Only issue: While in flatpak, the webview refuse to produce a pdf, due to this, the ability to ask for a pdf is hidden/disabled when using the app has a flatpak. This is hopefuly, only temporary.
