Add Ctrl+V of clipboard image

Trying to paste an image (not its path) from the clipboard into the editor, while now open the ImagePickerDialog to let you choose a name for it. Accepting the dialog will place the image inside the note's Images folder and put the image tag linked to it in the editor.
