Add "Move To Today" action for transactions.

At the beginning of most days I start by moving pending transactions from yesterday to today. I can bulk edit, but not if one of the transactions is a split transaction. Also editing takes a few steps. This adds a one step "Move all selected transactions to today" with confirmation that updates them all at once quickly.
