Update the LibOFX handling CMake routines

  • use the LibOFX Config file that upcoming LibOFX will come with
  • remove the outdated LIBOFX_HAVE_CLIENTUID code

This is ready, but assumes reliance on upcoming LibOFX release — one that will incorporate https://github.com/libofx/libofx/pull/81 I believe this is an OK thing to do, as by the time master code finds it way to repositories, the libofx will have been updated to aforementioned version already.
