Draft: Update docs

Update Reports Chapter of the Handbook. Normally I would just push a doc commit, but I would really prefer another set of eyes on this, as there are probably still some areas to expand, and I want to be sure I haven't introduced anything wrong. I've also modified much of the indenting (in the results - not specifically the docbook) and I wonder if there might be a way to reduce a bit of apparent redundancy.
