Allow the user to resize the "Consistency check results" dialog.

Cory Cohen requested to merge cfcohen/kmymoney:resize_consistency_dialog into master

Since this dialog may contain tens of thousands of issues that are difficult to read in a small dialog, it seems useful to allow the user to resize the dialog if they want to.

This was a minor thing that I encountered while importing my data and thought it would be another easy thing to change while new to the project.
