5.1 CMake cleanup

  • FETCH_TRANSLATIONS was dropped in git master, cherry-picked here too.
  • KMYMONEY_STABLE_BRANCH detection appears to be unnecessary then, so cleanup.
  • Drop bogus dependencies around WebEngineWidgets and WebKitWidgets which was fixed in alkimia instead.
  • Various cherry-picks to make it look a bit more like git master and improve readability
  • Support future KPim5Akonadi/KPim5IdentityManagement targets
