Integrate-Alkvalue

I would like to "Integrate-Alkvalue" in order to make a minimal build with MyMoney classes in order to build it on Android.

Alkimia depends on KF5 (Config, CoreAddons, Completion, I18n, Package, Plasma, NewStuff, KIO, IconThemes, TextWidgets) and Qt5 (Core, Test, WebKitWidgets, Qml) components (not mentioning indirect dependencies), and probably will depend on more components in the future. MyMoney classes need only GMP/MPIR from Alkvalue though.

I think, it would be difficult to put a foot in the door of Android with all those dependencies being required.
