The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Remove hide closed accounts option from config
The following things are done:

Remove the option from the settings definition -
Remove the option from the settings dialog -
Create update information to remove the entry from the kmymoneyrc file upon update -
Update the documentation (remove text and update screenshots)
Closes #28 (closed)
