Fix transactions import of weboob plugin - and move to Woob

Florent Fourcot requested to merge ffourcot/kmymoney:woob into master

Two simple patches:

  • One old bug fix, probably introduced in kross to standard python migration
  • A first step of weboob->woob migration, since name of software changed

Relates to #42 (closed)
