New Account wizard: pre-fill Account Type, fix Liabilities lookup

  • pre-fill the new account's type using the currently selected account
  • this also fixes preselecting the parent account on the hierarchy page for accounts of Liability type
  • refactors the code to use the m_currentAccount, which always reflects the currently selected account thanks to updateActions()
