Bring skrooge-sabb up to date

I had some local changes lying around for quite some time. Without these changes skrooge-sabb is quite broken.

With the limitation to download only transactions from within the last 6 weeks, a TAN is no longer required on all imports (Depending on the bank you still have to provide a TAN every ~3 Month).
