Better qtbase settings defaults on Android

Volker Krause requested to merge vkrause/craft-blueprints-kde:work/android-better-defaults-for-qtbase into master

This has so far been done in binary factory specific settings only, but it's universally valid and helps with getting to the same results in a local Craft setup.
