Disable proprietary QtLocation backends by default
requested to merge vkrause/craft-blueprints-kde:work/qtlocation-disable-proprietary-backends-by-default into master
Those just need build resources while we can't use them anyway. If someone needs them in a commercial context, they can be activated by explicitly setting featureArguments to include them.
