Skip aqbanking on Linux builds

Alexander Lohnau requested to merge work/skip_aqbanking_linux into master

The dependant gwenhywfar fails to build, this need further investigation. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find the issue and the build with system provided libs (specifically gettext) works fine.

For now this should fix the AppImage build on the binaryfactory CI.
