Next attempt at fixing qtwebengine build on Mac (in the presence of libprotobuf)

This links / copies the internal version of libprotobuf to a location where it will be picked up before a libprotobuf installed in CraftRoot.

I am aware this is still a bit ugly, but less than before (IMO). Note that implementing this solution as a regular --createpatch results in a 10 MB diff, which is why I thought it preferable to touch the unpack logic, instead.
