Add subversion (and its dependency APR)

Thomas Friedrichsmeier requested to merge tfry/craft-blueprints-kde:work/add_subversion into master

Tested on Mac and targeted for Mac, I'm not sure whether it should also be limited to Mac.

Motivation for adding this is to allow the RKWard blueprint to import up-to-date translations while building (works on Windows, where svn is installed as binary, but not yet on Mac).
