update gnutls to 3.7.4

Currently for Mac OS packages, the gnutls 3.7.2 library build on binary-factory causes a startup crash on newer Macs (M1 in x86 compatibility mode). Building gnutls 3.7.2 locally on a Mac M1 results in a working package. Try updating gnutls to check if this can solve the startup crash
