Add Qt 6 WebEngine blueprint

This is quite possibly still missing things, considering how much more complex the Qt 5 equivalent of this is. I don't have the means to test this locally unfortunately, but there's a bunch of repos needing this as a dependency on Windows on the CI for which we'll need this eventually...
