Build Qt6MultiMedia without ffmpeg on Android for now

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/qt6mm-no-ffmpeg into master

The ffmpeg build seems to produce host rather than target binaries. Skip ffmpeg until that is resolved so we can unblock the Qt 6.5 Android CI image build.
