Add shortcut definition for konsole packaging

David Truby requested to merge truby/craft-blueprints-kde:konsole into master

Currently konsole builds for Windows are failing in the binary factory when trying to package at the end. Adding a self.defines line as suggested by the error is enough to get this building again.

This also makes the installer add a shortcut to the start menu on Windows.
