[libsdl2] Update, switch to CMake and add pulesaudio

Pulseaudio backend of SDL is needed for the Kdenlive Appimage.

With CentOS 7 it was installed in the docker image, now with SLES 15 we could to the same. However to me it makes more sense to add it as a blueprint. Or do I miss something?
