Set display name for Kiten and Konsole and better description for Kiten

Ingo Klöcker requested to merge work/kloecker/add-display-names into master

The display name is needed for APPX packaging where it's used for the manifest file.

I noticed this while looking up the Identity.Name in the AppxManifest.xml files of all apps building APPX packages for the CI service for signing APPX sideload packages on invent.
