Reset invalid RHI state after resuming on Android

Volker Krause requested to merge work/vkrause/qtmm-prison-crash-fix into master

This fixes a crash in the Prison barcode scanner when used at any time after the app has previously been suspended (affects Qrca, NeoChat, Itinerary and Vakzination at least).

The patch is submitted upstream but not integrated yet, initial review feedback looks promising though.
