[kasts] Remove dbus ignore for windows

Bart De Vries requested to merge work/bdevries/kasts-windows-dbus into master

It seems that during compilation/linking, kasts on windows has a (transient?) dependency on dbus since qt6/kf6. Ignoring this lib leads to a runtime error when starting the executable on windows.
