Switch master build of kbibtext to Qt6

KBibTex still seems to build for Qt5 by default in craft, even in the master version. I stumbled across this, when trying to get an RKWard Qt6 port ready (KBibTex is not a hard dependency, but nice to have as a KPart for us).

Any strong reason not to switch to Qt6 in craft?
